We are holding the second stage of our airdrop with generous prizes to spread the word about Lecksis. To earn points and get rewarded, you have to complete simple tasks, such as subscribing to the project’s social networks, posting information about the project on your socials, and fulfilling creative or on-chain tasks. Main rules

The campaign is organized with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by Lecksis.

The campaign is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public commitment to reward participants.

Information about the airdrop is communicated based on the organizer’s advertising rights.

The campaign is open to participants from all territories worldwide, except for the citizens of the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, American Samoa, Ambazonia, Belarus, Guam, Iran, Kosovo, Libya, Nagorno-Karabakh, North Korea, Northern Cyprus, Canada, Northern Mariana Islands, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Transnistria, US Virgin Islands, USA, Western Sahara, Yemen, the temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The organizer reserves the right to verify participants’ eligibility and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.

The conditions of the airdrop must be met within the designated time frame of its duration (from 31.08.24 (07:00 UTC) till 03.09.24 (13:00 UTC)).

Restrictions

Using multiple accounts (multi-accounts) or collaborating with affiliated users to manipulate the outcome of the campaign is prohibited and will result in the termination of all accounts without the owner’s consent. In case multiple accounts are created, the organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts. Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified.

Participants’ data will be processed to ensure participation and establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations. Lecksis is not responsible for the data provider’s collection of user data.

Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the organizer or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship) are not eligible to participate in the airdrop.

Rewards

The airdrop allows for a maximum of 140 winners. One winner may receive one prize from the prize pool of 3,000,000 LEKS.

40 winners with the highest number of points will receive rewards according to the following assignment:

Place&Prize

1 = 130,000 LEKS

2 = 110,000 LEKS

3 = 100,000 LEKS

4–5 = 80,000 LEKS

6–10 = 60,000 LEKS

11–20 = 50,000 LEKS

21–30 = 40,000 LEKS

31–40 = 30,000 LEKS

The leaderboard will be posted on Lecksis’ social media pages.

Another 100 winners will be selected from those participants who didn’t make it to the leaderboard using a reliable randomizer tool. They will be assigned a 10,000 LEKS reward each (regardless of the number of points earned). The random selection will be conducted among the participants who have fulfilled the necessary requirements.

The organizer will credit the rewards from the prize pool to the winners’ Polygon Web3 wallets, that were connected to the website during task completion. 50% of the tokens will be accrued at TGE, while the remaining 50% of LEKS will be accrued one month after TGE.

Winners cannot transfer the rights to receive the reward to any third parties. However, they can refuse to accept the reward.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, participants explicitly consent to the processing of their personal data by the organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information and the Privacy Policy.

The organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the campaign. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the amendments and modifications will be provided on the Lecksis website and the organizer’s official social media accounts.
